Normandy Isles is an upscale guard-gated community in Greenacres, Florida. Residents enter the community via Olive Tree Blvd which wraps around the entire community, just like the lakes in fact. The first stop off the main entrance, Inlet Way, leads into the main area of the community. It itself is nearly an island, and instead of using separate lakes placed throughout the community, one long waterway is wrapped around the entire area of this community, making it indeed feel like an island.

Six other portions of the community exist as well, part of one located on a small backwards S-shaped lake, the other located in the northern portion of the lot with only homes, no bodies of water. Common amenities in the community include granite countertops, laminate flooring in bedrooms and tile elsewhere and mediterranean styling such as stucco accented exteriors. Another thing great about Normandy Isles is that it's projected to increase in value, as is Greenacres as a whole.

No gated community would be complete without also being close to all needs of its residents. Shopping outside of the Normandy Isles community, which backs up to the Fairway Isles community, includes Walmart, Family Dollar, Publix Super Market, Walgreens, and the establishments at Riverbridge Center (Copper Tan, Keiser Career College, Duffy's Sports Grill).

The safety and privacy of a gated community is perfect for children and grandchildren. When it's time for them to go to school, they'll attend Pine Job Elementary, Cholee Lake Elementary, Okeeheelee Community Middle, West Palm Beach Junior Academy and Palm Beach Central High School.
